Hi! We are Spencer and Kristin Ballinger, the owners at Ballinger’s Berners & Boarding. We have been running our business since September 2024. We own five dogs: Django, Nala, Hank, Harley and Hali.

Spencer proposed to Kristin in August 2023 with our first Bernese Mountain Dog, Harley. This soon was the spark of Ballinger’s Berners and Boarding. When we got married in May 2024, we moved to La Fontaine on our 9-acre property, home of Ballinger’s Berners & Boarding.

We are proud to raise puppies and allow our boarded dogs to experience freedom on our acreage. We don’t believe dogs should only be let out in a run while you are away. We want your dogs to be able to run and play freely.
